What I do

Tenant setup, migrations, and the hybrid mess in between. Exchange, SharePoint, and on-prem estates that still need to talk to the cloud. Licensing sized to what you actually use.
Intune and endpoint management
Devices enrolled, configured and kept compliant. Autopilot builds, app deployment, and policy that doesn't get in the way of people working.
Teams Telephony
Calling plans or Direct Routing, number porting, auto attendants and call queues. Phones that work like phones.
Automation and scripting
PowerShell against Graph, plus Power Apps and Power Automate. If it's repetitive, reported on monthly, or currently held together by one person's memory, it can be automated.
Web design and hosting
Sites designed, built, and then run on infrastructure I look after. Mainly Astro and React, other platforms where they're the better fit. No handoff at the end of the build.
Integrations and custom platforms
Systems made to talk to each other: SSO, payments, memberships, bookings, anything with an API worth using. Bespoke tooling where off-the-shelf doesn't fit how an organisation actually works.
